Conquer Loneliness !!



As  we all are born as human beings , each of us at some point in our lives face the issue of loneliness,even though the whole world and people we love are with us to serve us.Loneliness can be physical or emotional.Physical loneliness we can overcome by strenghthening our bonding with people surrounding us and indulging in activities with them.But my emphasis here is on emotional loneliness people face today in this fast paced world.

We feel lonely at times at different circumstances like when we lose our loved ones,when we lose our relationship with some one and at different times like when we move to a different place or country among strangers or people close to us behave so cold and detached and mostly when we have no one to share our feelings and emotions at heart.

Let me give you a list of certain basic activities which are quite practical in your journey of life.

1)As Rumi'S Quote above states understand,the entire universe is inside you.Especially in this 24hrs wifi world you can't  be alone.
There are some many fields,thoughts and unknown territories of knowledge in this world.Donot waste your time saying you are lonely,get up! EXPLORE!!

2)If you can't afford this digital world,buy books or be a member in a library near your place and read about all the contemporary things and what ever which interest you.IMMERSE!! (If you don't have this habit,i mean reading habit,better you learn how to start it.Good for you!!)

3)Get out from your place,anywhere in the world.Roam around.Go for a brisk walk.Enjoy the beauty of nature.If there is no nature,just stare at the sky,you will feel a Lot of Difference.ENJOY!!

4)Listen to music.Any language,music which soothes your mind you should welcome it and just RELAX!!

5) Cook something or anything of your choices and likes and savour it wholeheartedly and just CHIll!!

The above said things you can do all alone without feeling lonely.I assure you after practising all these you will never feel lonely.These tips are just for the ordinary minds who feel at times depressed and lonely.For those of you who are extra ordinary you can ofcourse try some creative activities like craft works,creative writing,gardening ,dancing,singing and so on.Love your loneliness.Stay positive👍👍
